Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal breads and pastries, DACOMECCA generally cannot accept returns once products have left our bakery. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will provide replacements or refunds for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email our support team within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Our bakery team will review your request and confirm if it is eligible for a refund or a fresh replacement based on our quality guarantee.
- 4.Resolution
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a replacement will be prepared for immediate pickup.
